Guinness Beer Dinner at Morrison's Irish Pub

Join Morrison’s Irish Pub for a reservation only dinner with Guinness ambassador James Callahan on November 20. The dinner includes five courses of food paired with Guinness beer products, including two new beers!

James will be sharing his knowledge of Guinness beer with the crowd during this special event. Reservations can be made at in person at Morrison’s Irish Pub.

Menu:

First Course - Social hour from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Featured Beers: Harp and Smithwicks
Food Pairing: Made from scratch Pretzels served with three dipping sauces; Beer cheese, Mustard, & Caramel.

Served courses begin at 6:30 p.m.

Second Course -
Featured Beer: Guinness Blonde
Food Pairing: Cheddar & Guinness Blonde Beer Cheese soup.

Third Course -
Featured Beer: Guinness “Over the Moon” Milk Stout
Food Pairing: Lamb and Asiago stuffed baby Portobello Mushrooms.

Fourth Course -
Featured Beer: Guinness
Food Pairing: Roasted tenderloin Beef topped with a Guinness gravy sauce along with scattered Parmesan Broccoli and Carrots, served with bacon and chive topped Rutabaga.

Fifth Course -
Featured Beer: Guinness Stock Ale in Bulliet Bourbon Barrels
Food Pairing: Vanilla Custard in a Blackberry Grand Marnier Bisque
