Eurydice at Jacoby Arts Center

Bankside Repetory Theater presents Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl at Jacoby Arts Center.

Funny, sad and touching, Ruhl takes on the classic Greek myth of Orpheus from the heroine's point of view to explore the theme of grief. Is it easier to forget the past, or to cherish it with a broken heart?

A professionally crafted set extends past teh traditional stage limiting seating to 50 and creating an intimate, all-encompassing experience.

"Eurydice" will be performed 7:30 p.m. Sept. 14-16, and Sept. 21-23 at Jacoby Arts Center.

Tickets per show are $10 per student with I.D., $15 per adult on Thursday night shows and $20 per adult on Friday or Saturday night shows.
